I wANT this steering wheel cover..

Hi there all.. just spotted this and wondered if anyone has had any luck with covers for steering wheels (be It good or bad!!) It is simply puuuurfec... but prob bit baggy when stretched over.. what ye reckons?? [8D]

I think it's a little small (I think the advert means 14.5 to 15.5 inches:I) as the Commer wheel is 16 inches diameter, but it might stretch over:)
If you did manage to get it on without too much of a stretch then you could beef up the rim of the steering wheel with padded handle bar tape before putting the cover on:)

I guess it depends how stretchy it is and if it will give a bit if soaked in hot water:I
But it doesn't look like the 'wood' bits will stretch at all

I can't stand steering wheel covers. Modern steering wheels are so chunky these days, a modern steering wheel the more chunkier and oddly shaped defines the prestige and sportiness of the model. I'm unsure why that is and for me personally the skinny steering wheel fills me with a strange sense of satisfying nostalgia.
