I picked this up this afternoon, a 1.6L with 11 and a half months MOT on it and also taxed until the end of November after a quick walk to the post office when I picked it up.
I haven't taken any pics of my own yet, so I'll just take some from the for sale thread for now on retro rides. A few issues to sort out, nothing drastic though and with a combination of BL/Austin engineering and £300 price tag, certainly nothing to complain about.
I do need a centre console ideally, (the bottom bit that goes along the transmission tunnel,) and the gears, although all perfectly selectable, do seem to be too far over to the right with it all to easy to select reverse instead of first if you're not careful.
It pulls like a train though, I can't complain about the turn of speed from it at all and it's not something I need to worry about for a long time.
There's also a bit of rust at the top of one of the arches to rub back and sort, again nothing major, but always best to nip it in the bud now before it has chance to spread into a real problem. Also, there's no heat from the heater at all, that may be a bit of over exuberance by Mr Boll with the coolant or it may be a different issue, but it's hardly an urgent problem when we've got record temperatures predicted for summer.

I love all 4 wheeled vehicles, irrespective of age, (apart from Mondeos and Focus').
