Hungary here we come

Set off early today, but the weather not very good, misty then strong winds & heavy rain load's of traffic hold ups, visited 3 countries today started in French then Belgium and ended up in Germany. Been on the road for 11 Hours including stops for lunch, fuel, chats about Gladys to several foreigners who were all complementary about her and Heidi's toilet breaks which by the way cost 0.70 euros each time. Covered 365 miles and now camping just out side Frankfurt hoping to make Vienna Austria tomorrow. We are having a great time and enjoying every mile.

This morning the weather was awfulIMG_20190927_094113.jpg
But after a couple of hours driving it brighten up and became a great day, no more rain plenty of sunshine but not to warm just right. We had covered about 200 miles the motorway was blocked by an accident so we were diverted of the motorway and went through some great country side. Spent a couple of hours siteseeing then back on our travels. We are just outside Vienna. Have covered a whopping 435 miles today and will reach our destination tomorrow

You took 'keep on truckin' literally :D
Gladys looks a little scared among all those big boys:eek:

Gladys has been the perfect lady like always, she has covered 1423 miles never missed a beat and purred like a kitten all the way, except when I took her out of overdrive going up some hills and she roared like a lioness. We are very proud of her.
The only time I had to get my tools out was on the M6 services 20 miles into our journey to tighten up the door mirror as it was moving in the wind.

Why Hungary I hear you say?
Well I am 1 of 11 siblings me been number 5.
Two of them live in mainland Spain, one lives in Majorca, one in New Zealand, six of us in various parts of the UK and one Mary lives here in Hungary.
So Mary who is number 3 and celebrated her silver wedding yesterday. 12 month ago Mary invited us all to come to her party to celebrate the day,
And here we all are

When she sent out the invention she could only hope we would all turn up which we have.
This is the first time we have all been together for over ten years.
So what a party we had last night here is the evidence.

It truly is a beautiful country unfortunately this trip we have no time to explore it, but next time we will make sure we take more time and take in more of the site's.
