Went to the Surrey Street Rodders Wheelsday hot rod show the other week (will get some pics up at some point,) and there was one thing in particular I thought you good folks may like to see. If you've ever wondered what would happen if you took a '72 Bay camper, added a splittie front panel, roof chopped it and narrowed it, but only the top half, then wonder no more. Having done all that you'll need to weld up the front doors cos you can't use them anyway, junk the camping interior as there's no longer any room for it, then add a swivel driving seat so you can exit through the central side door! I'm not one for criticising other peoples vehicles, but it seems to me the result is a camper you can't go camping in. Even veedub fans seemed to be having heart trouble on seeing it! Passing kids loved that external horn though.
