Just thought I'd say hi to everyone as I haven't been on the forum for a while, I've got my straight jacket back now;). I've busy working on my new project, it's going well. Oh and in going to be a grandfather.
 
Thanks John, my daughters happy that the most important thing. I have noticed a few more grey hairs since she told me........:eek: She found out today that she having a little girl.:)

Thanks, I'm looking forward to being able to spoilmy grandaughter:D and then taking her back to my daughter. My new vans going really well, we went to Devon and Tewksbury in the summer and then local until the end of October. I've Done quite a lot of work already including, new brake pipes, new fan belt, treated and sealed the underneath, started to paint the inside, shortened curtains, going to fit a new battery and I've enjoyed a few nice evenings with my wife. What have you been up to?:)
 
You shortened the curtains?! Hope you got an engineers report ! ;-) congrats on the grampitute !
 
:) Dunno. I'm at least 15 - 20 years away from all that.. Haha!

"Bestefar" is the equivalent word in Norwegian. And as you've probably gathered, it means (the) Best Father. Rather fitting, don't you think? ;)

:)To be honest Jostein I never thought I'd be becoming a grandad at 42, but I'm delighted and really looking forward to telling her stories about my old commer;). And yes it is rather fitting.

Thanks Chris, I'm looking forward to sitting back and relaxing. I'm also looking forward enjoying some quality time together and their handing her back.:) How's your new van?
 
New van is now running much quieter I am told,tomorrow if I spend some time with it I will post pics & update my thread!
