Hi Guys, sorry we haven't been on here for awhile hope everyone is ok, but we have good news, work starts again on Homer sunday and hopefully he will be running once again!!! Nice weather always helps. We may have found another one though but we will see on that one xx Hopefully we will be back on with some good updates.

well went to extract hommer from this resting place fully armed with big beaver tailed lorry winch ect . but he seems to want to stay put in fact he pulled the lorry in to the barn and didnt move an inch !! ANY HANDY TIPS ON FREEING BRAKES would be gratefully received why didnt anyone warn me lol

may sound a little daft but if the handbrakes been left on disconnect it. other than that like panky says a big hammer lots of taping and also a fair amount of heat also try and adjust the cylinder pressure off.

well what can i say homer is now running had some brake issues still got some actually, they dont seem to want to bleed up !! but the engine runs well i think a couple of weeks and he will be ready for the dreaded mot .got the lights all working and put the brake master cylinder back on today now need to try and bleed the brakes. if any one else has had trouble with this and had to use a pressure bleed kit please letr me know cos thats what i think i will have to do as i cant get the fluid through quick enough

Have you replaced all the wheel cylinders and master cylinder? If you have you will find that you may have some rusty s#*t in the brake pipes. If you have a compressor take the bleed niples out the back cylinders and blow down the rear line from front to back, to make sure its clean. Then do the same to the front but be carefull where the fluid sprays put some rag round the nipple areas. Re fill and bleed up as normal
