305mm rear discs machined to commer half shafts. Just hope my 15inch alloys fit over the monsters lol. Going to use transit mk7 rear calipers and move handbrake to the rear so I can put a big disc set up on the front as well.

Congratulations to you both ❤

Loving those Commer progress pics too - is the oil seal and timing cover from Alpine Innovations ?

Yes Jerome is very helpful for alpine parts. I've got the billet ally front pully as well. But I'm fitting air con as well so will be modding it slightly to add more pully grooves

Thanks, I've been looking at that tidy setup and very tempted before I drop my Holbay in shortly. Good to have the recommendation given the price - good value though. Very keen to minimise oil leaks, I now have the full set of silicone gaskets for sump, rocker, thermostat, filler and side plates from Trevor Hibdige (New Forest Gaskets).

Those billet pulleys look beautiful and have a trigger wheel option too - I've already had Tim modify my existing pulley with a Nodiz trigger wheel !

This is where the air con pump will be mounted as it's the only spare space in the engine bay. If you look I'm fitting a remote oil filter and cooler to free up some space.

That’s a fine amount of retro stereo gear you’ve got in the background - is the Commer getting an 8-track?

What pistons are you using to get the capacity?
