Hinge shims

Hello everyone, so I’ve put the passenger door back on today and anyone would think it was off another van !, it will not fit without a shim or some washers in between the hinge and body. Are there shims available for this and was it the correct way the doors were adjusted ? Thanks
 
They don’t normally have any shims. There is vertical and in/out adjustment only. Has there been any welding/ repairs done, or are the hinges bent?
 
I’ve welded part of the bottom repair panel on but it’s like the doors dropped !, I’ll try some spacers on the bottom hinge
