Anybody know what's involved in swapping a Hillman Hunter gearbox into the Commer? Obviously the rear extendsion housing would need to be swapped, but I've also heard the "laid-over" 1725 gearboxes had a different input shaft. Is this a quick swap? Need to know if it's a full day job or 2 weeks off the road while I search for the bits.
