High roof

Hi all, I'm looking to raise the roof of my van, I've seen the old telecom dodge van had a roof extension on it.

Does anyone know the best way to raise the roof, or can I buy a camper roof and alter it to suit.

Complete novice at this
 
Depends what you want to use it for. A camper pop-top will give you lots more head room but it cant be used in the elevated position if your driving, if you want to give more space as a van then a hi-top is the way to go - but be careful of those car park goal post;)
Have a word with Martin Maltas, he's probably got both, I know he's got a postbus hi-top but not sure how much more head room it will give.

Your a star, thanks for the advice
Found a paint and body shop who are going to respray and do the body work so if I can get the roof sorted.I'm halfway there.
The only other issue I have is leg room, I'm 6.3 and can't work out a way to get more leg room, any advice.

There you go, knew it:)
If you've run out of adjustment then, with the standard seats, the only way is to get more is to alter the fixing bracket to re-position the seat:(
