Help, advice, query....

It has to go in afraid. Grandad needs to downsize house and I haven't got any money to even begin the work it would need. We are hoping we can find it a new home, would break grandads heart to just see it sent to scrap...he has got some photo albums out for me to show you what it was like in its hey day- will need help once I've got the photos to upload!

Found out he bought it in an auction in 1976. It was used by a phone company before he bought it.. He has the log book and it's got about 21000 miles on the clock. Has 4 reclining seats, forward facing, 1000 of spare parts on top of all it's current bits still attached. A sink and an oven. He thinks it's a 3.25 diesel engine and although the body work looks poor he thinks it's mainly the back brakes being seized that stops it from being moved. It was also canary yellow when he bought it. I spent a lot of my childhood using it as my play den. So big inside!

But yes- it's needs a home not the scrap yard but it does need to go!

I'm sure someone on here will buy it. It sounds like a great project. Walk through vans are a lot rarer than PB vans so I really hope someone saves it.

That's a real shame[V] I'm hoping it will find a new home soon and create memories for someone else:)

Hi tara g. If you take a load of photo,s on your camera and email them to either Panky or me, we will do our best to put them on here for you.

I forgot to mention that John taught me everything I know about posting pictures and the next bit of brain picking I'm hoping for is for him to show me how to put one of the profile pictures on with my messages. If he does I might let him have a drive in my Rover 75 before I sell it.

Sorry I forgot to say that my email address is [email protected]

Are there any members of this forum that live down near Devon that could pay a visit and take a look and some pictures?
