Headlight fittings? Also OE Battery Placement?

Been stripping down the front of the van today and after removing the Chrome ring off the headlights I was confronted by pot-rivets holding the headlights on. What would be the correct fittings for attching them to the front panel? self-tappers?

Also, where would the battery be situated straight out of the factory?
Mine is in a custom tray recessed in the passenger side floor.

Pop rivets for the headlanp bowls and the original battery tray is behind the passenger seat.

And relax

Our Engine battery is recessed into the passenger floor and the leisure battery behind the Passenger seat on our Ci coachbuilt. Lots of early campers ran everything off the engine battery and relied upon the engine being ran regularly to recharge it, not the most reliable of set up! Hope that helps!

Peggy's engine battery is recessed below passenger floor and the leisure battery is under the bench behind the driver.

That and the use of a starting handle :)

Jessica has both batteries on the left hand side under the bench seat, along with the gas bottle.

I agree!

the gas bottle place is in a recess at the front (where the main battery currently is) and has a big hole in in the bottom. The plan is to make up a devider between the gas bottle holder and the battery compartment and avoid the sparky battery/gassy/boom problem.
