Head Gasket advice

Got the blighter back on...

the way to do it I think, is to get the 3 studs back in the head holes by rotating it slightly, and then twisting it back up level, against the end valve spring until the thing drops down! (mind the oil feeder pipe!)

Anyway, it's on, hoo-ray.

Off hand what are the T settings for the head nuts/bolts anyone?
