You can make your own if you like, let any of the links run its course and a 'Make Your Own' button appears. Press that and it gives you the option to import a picture from your computer and place a face in a blank elf. It is a bit awkward at first but you soon get the knack. Once you have got your elves click the option to send to a friend and an email message box appears with the link to you creation. You can either send the message to someone or as I did just copy the link to where ever you want an keep it. Or alternatively go to www.elfyourself.com and try from there. It does take a while to save sometimes but have fun :D
