Unfortunately they are totally unobtainable. Your only chance is to either wait patiently or send your old one to be remanufactured. The triangular cable mount by the lever is unique to the PB so alternatives aren't available. Martin Maltas used to get them made (with the old ones as a patern) so maybe contact him for a firm who can do the job.

There’s a lot braking at the moment - Luke’s doing one on FB. Might be better getting one off a scrapper?
