Gladys gets her new whistle & Flute

Started on drivers door, a little worse then the other side but again not to bad.

I cut out all the rot,

Used part of the old sill to make new flute.

Cleaned it all up then welded it into place.

Made a piece for the inside of the door and welded that in.

Finished off the two front doors

[?] Advice needed, I want to remove the windows from Gladys's back doors as I want to spray them inside and out abody got any idea's?.

From the inside, use a small screwdriver and tuck the edge of the rubber over the metal. Keep going till the window pops out ;)
