The fumes are more dangerous/volatile than the 'liquid' itself. Put a match to a cup of petrol and it's the vapour evaporating from the liquid that actually burns.

Thanks for your concerns but I have been working on cars for 40 years or so, and I know the risks if I thought I was to close to the tank I would of taken it off.[^][^]

:) I have spent all day Fertiling Gladys,

While waiting for some filler to dry I started the back panel

And it was not as bad as I hought I made a couple of angles and welded them in them covered the weld with a little filler.

Then I trimed the sill & Corner got them to fit snugley.

Then I took them off again and primed the side ready for glueing them on tomorrow,

:DAnother productive day in Gladys mansion. But I am not happy with the glue I used to fix the sill & corner it said in the instructions after 15 minutes you can paint over it after 3 hour it will be cured six hours later and still waiting [:(!][:(!] on the bright side while I was waiting I finished off the back panel and primed the drivers door step :D

You've done a cracking job of the rear panel as well[^] What did Heidi say about nicking the bedspread as masking for the wheel arch :I

The bed spread was just hanging there on the washing line thought it was just what I needed to cover the front wheel[:0] Now she's not talking to me [:0] I think she would have me in the spare roon but no bedding :D:D

Looking really nice Bernie :) Did the glue suppliers say anything about temperature, it may be just too cold [V]

:) Just been to check and the glue has dried, It say's in the instructions 5 deg's so I left a heater on over night which seems to of done the trick, Will post more pictures tonight [^]
