I did - it took me a week to rub the stippled effect down. I don't get runs I get artex:I

2 pack is, as it suggest, a 2 part paint - mix in a hardener to the paint and it sets chemically rather than by solvent evaporating. Can be toxic though and a proper mask is essential.

Did you get that finish due to holding the spray gun too far away? ie, so it was drying too quickly?....or draughty conditions?...or ''spray booth'' too hot/too cold?..not enough pressure from spray gun??:D

2 pack contains isocyanates [xx(] Highly toxic. Builds up in your system and eventually you die [:0] Only use with proper breathing apperatus and a well ventilated area.
