Getting the Commer in the garage (minus poptop)

The wanderer roof is off my Commer so I am left with a Panel Van height, which I measure roughly ay 6'5 ish, I am going to check more accurately tomorrow.
I think I need to get the Commer down to about 6'2" to get it under the up and over door.

I am thinking of trying to trolley the van in without its wheels if I can but I have a sloping drive to contend with into the garage throwing the van's entry up even more :(

Has anybody got any suggestions?

If you only need 3" deflate the boots. Especially if youre using new rubber anyway.
