Gear selection problems

I have great difficulty selecting 1st and 2nd gears, and the gear lever is well floppy. Reverse is also challenging. I take it this would mean the bushes are well worn?

How difficult is it to change the bushes? Does it mean needing to realign everything?

Sounds like the bushes mate! Not sure how hard they are to do or if you have to realign everything don't think you would have to but am sure someone will say

Martin does the bushes, one at the front of the rod and one by the gearbox.
