Iv just got a temp gauge and amps gauge to fill the holes in the dash and I think they are 2 systems to keep an eye on now were do I wire them to
gauges( temp & volts)

The water temp guage should be wired from the sender on the thermostat housing through the voltage stabiliser and then to the guage. Not sure about the volt meter but you can download the workshop manual from the forum homepage - plenty of wiring diagrams in there but it's a big file so may take a little while to download.
