been looking at Tiggers gas works today....I have worked out how I want to rig up the fridge and cooker but can anyone advise..

there is some existing copper pipes but is it legal if I join it all up with rubber gas pipe? a small amount would be clipped securely underneath the van?

Also, I might be stating the obvious but at the moment the water pump (tresh water for the sink) is not working..how do I test it? simply run a power supply directly to it?

If the water pump has a live feed via a switch, and an earth it should work :)

the power comes from a leisure battery which is low (9.5volts) the feed goes through a switch and is only 4.9 volts when it reaches the pump

Sounds like either the switch or the wire has too much resistance and needs replacing :)

I think I'll test the pump by running a temp feed straight from the main battery first and I was thinking of replacing the switch anyway...thanks Tim:D
