gas bottle boxes

I have been sraabbling around underneath Dora today (taking out the gearbox) and I noticed that the gas bottle storage box (N/S behind the wheel)is gettinf a bit ropey does any body make then for an autosleeper and if so how much [?]

Not sure about stainles (I will have trouble welding it to the floor with my mig)

its no different to steel to weld, just use 308l wire, its no problem

What is 308 wire? some type of stainless or a mixture

308L OR 309L are both grades of stainless wire suitable for welding s/s to m/steel. both available in small mig reels, i use it quite alot on vehicles no problem
