Your doing great mate but do yourself a favour. Looks to me that you and your welder are going to become close mates over the coming weeks/months....Get yourself a proper welding Gas setup. Those little bottles will cost you a fortune 
especially when you leave it on and the bloody gas runs away and hides-can understand why bosses over the years get knarked off when someone has lefted the gas on!! not me sir.
I spent literally hundreds on disposables, they lasted about ten minutes each[V] I got a CO2 cylinder (that holds about the same as 20 small) ones and a regulator from the local welding suppliers for £80 and a refill costs £12 to £15. It's not run out yet and it's had a lot of use.

have not had much of a chance to use welder as i need to sort out other bits before i can do anything, never used these small bottles before as when i've been welding its always work related(will ask my boss if i can grab a bottle and guage off him).
