front brakes

ive just fitted front brake shoes and wheels cylinders on my commer pb high wayman if you spin them one way they catch a bit (feel like they are seizing) then turn the other way they are as free as a bird !!!! any ideas ....have checked on the manual seems ive fitted tne shoes correctly

did you check they had a good chamfer on both ends, as they will grab without one :)
