and of course find one, im thinking of trying to find some thing alot more modern so shoes, cylinders and seals are much easier to get and the bearings are a lot better and of course it wont be anywhere near as worn as something 40 years old. i have many avenues to think about and try, thanks Panky.;)

Nice one Tim could you email us a price please, i dont want to sound ungratefull but the biggest problem with yourselves is distance as fuels so horrendous these days. i'll speak to a courier from work and get a price for delivery.:)

we did get your email axle in Norfolk though ;)would it be better for us to box up the diff I can book a reasonably cheap courier for that would have to pack it first to weigh & measure it.

Ok thanks Chris is there any way you could get a rough cost of courier? it looks like our long weekend to Brean near "Weston super becoming a mare" is going to be taking the car and charlie with him on a wing and prayer and recovery if needed as that seems to be the only cheap option at the mo[V]. we can then sort out between now and the welsh weekend how we go about it all, thanks everso much for all your help on this.:)
