Fitting front quarter light window rubbers.

Right guys hows it done ?
I have the quarter light window off the van but how do I take the window apart to take the old rubber out and install the new.
Cheers for any info.

Undo the nut that holds the spring tensioner on the bottom of the frame and remove the bits off the stud, if I remember correctly you will then need to file off the head of the brass rivet in the top pivot to release the glass from the frame.
