Fitting Bigger Drums

I always thought the Snipe and Commer rear brakes were the same, and those wheel cylinders don't look anything like Commer ones.
 
spacevan drums are bigger but on the front think... My spacevan brakes are v strong so if want better stopping I'd go for those or martins disc conversion
 
I think earlier vans had 9" drums and later they went to 10" There are also two types of wheel cylinder the later ones had a bigger piston and bore so more pressure could be exerted on the shoes, the locating pin into the back plate is in a slightly different position though. You could stand Harvey on his nose with his standard brakes:)
