First gear still playing up

Hi I have had a go with a spanner to get the nut off so I can check the gear box oil, but I can't get it off has anyone got any ideas.

I have got a bobbin with a 6 mm thread, this is what the size of the bolts are so hopefully I can put it all back together.

You had me puzzled for a minute, exhaust mounting bobbin I'm guessing:)

Yeah I think so, the bobbin goes onto the chassis and the exhaust bracket attaches to it. It's very similar to what was on it before.

It is awkward to get to, I use an old pump up garden sprayer but I guess you could put some in a clean washing up liquid bottle and squirt it in. Or maybe now's the time to invest in a proper squirty oil can:)

An oil can would be good, but it's either a washing up bottle or I've also got an container I fill my iron up with that's got a little spout.

You'll end up with flames shooting out of the iron, go for the washing liquid bottle;)
