Finding an old Commer

Back when I was teenager, I used to holiday in a Commer Camper with my aunt and her children of similar age. We went, we parked, we slept, we went. I was wondering if somehow (not sure how) I could find out the details of that camper, that you knowledgeable guys here could perhaps tell me if she was still going strong and cared for?..... I'm talking 40 years ago...

Your first step would be to enter the registration number into the DVLA database, that way at least you will know if it's still around. Also post it on here with any photos you might have, someone might recognise it

I'll see what I can find out about it. Both my aunt and uncle died a while back now and finding info may be a problem ... however there may be some photo's ... thanks

Gd luck in find her. I hope you do. Its great when u find vehicles with memories like that. Thats why ive a tendency not to sell the wagons i buy. Did sell our first motorhome to fund the nxt tho and wife keeps on saying she wld like it back :-S
