Our local car club show today on the canal bank at Fiddlers Ferry. The day started out non to promising with grey skies and rain but soon dried up and we actually got some sun[8D]
Bernie and Heidi only got back from Lanzaroti at 2am but still joined us for a most pleasant way to spend a Sunday.

It was the annual Northwest Casual Classics 'Which car would you most like to drive home in' club night tonight and a couple of new members turned up[8D]
The was also a guy in a Roller joined up - we are getting posh:)

The big Humber walked away with the prize[^] Unfortunately I voted for the Alvis but it didn't count as he hadn't joined the club at that point[8)]

I saw that beautifull Yankmobile on the A1 at the weekend, what a car[^] even the driver was in fitting with it, he wore a stetson and everything:D

Haha, I misread the text on the pictures, and thought you referred to the Alvis as a Rolls Royce..

I'd take the Alvis too, I think. Although I must say that I prefer the slightly earlier single headlamp versions. :p
