You're right but along side other classics I would say ours are generally realistically priced and the appeal is still with the enthusiast but the occasional chancer will still try it on [!]. We don't want another celebrity chef making them popular with the trendies (apologies to any trendies reading this :I) and sending prices into orbit [V].
