exhaust for LHD?

Is there a difference in the exhaust manifold between RH/LH drive?

One reason I'm getting gassed out in the cab is a bunch of holes in the exhaust system, right where it leaves the engine. I'll have to take it to someone local for a proper fix; as currently there's some kind of TAPE holding things together.... :mad:

Long term, I'll be looking at replacement, which may have to come across the Pond.
 
The manifold will be the same but I think the tail pipe exits on the other side to RHD (exits on drivers side on both) so the down pipe will also be different.
