Engine number !

Hello everyone, I thought I’d have a look for my engine number and this is what I’ve found which doesn’t seem to make any sense with my hand book !, any info appreciated. neil.

It's probably been re-stamped as e re-con unit.

Mine has no number. It’s recon unit I presume. It has some numbers stamped on the block as photo. And notes France also, so must date after the Simca take over by a Chrysler in 1970.
