Nice to see you all and meet the new faces and a huge thanks to Nathan for arranging everything (and the puds!)

We are going to work hard to find a nice place in the New Forest for the new year.

i hope im using this correctly-first time n all. thanks to everyone for making me welcome as i know nothings about commers apart from how to make the bed. looks like we will be attending other meets. i promise my knowledge will be much better by then. laura (jon's girlf)

Hey - but thanks to your Jon "I GOT LIGHTS"!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D

Nice to meet you.:D:D

i like the colour of skye. was talking to jon on the way back about painting his. might be a project for next year. The lights are so much better!!! so you got back ok?? Especially with that patch of oil left on the plot!!

Yes thanks Laura. We got back ok. Couple of hold ups on the M5 scared me a bit cos i thought she might overheat[:0] Still had plenty of oil on the way back.:) Took us about 3 and 3/4 hours from Malvern to home so not too bad. Hope your journey back was good. Going to carpet the engine cover this week, quieten her down a bit.[^] Might get the oil leak checked out - see how much it costs to get her sorted.:I Cant wait until the next meet though.:D:D:D

it would help if i put the link there:I:I

laura; sorry I never really got to chat with you and jon, may have to ask him to weave his light magic on yori unless I can fathom it!

Yori made it home in a little over three hours - still with fuel/airlock hassles and increasing noise from the dif so goign to have to sort that before going off with frodo in the near future

glad you got back ok. jon is at work but i'll have to let him know u said hi. were those red chairs yours? they are fab. really want some. talk about things like that and i'm fine! diffs? haven't a clue. as i said earlier i will know more for next time. its my mission!!:D

Debs, while we where at malvern show, just about to leave I noticed the sticker in skyes passenger side window, could that be to do with the lock (on side of van)[?] thanks to stu-pyd enjoyed your pic's.nice to hear from your brother too.I see laura decided to sign up nice one laura, might have to get jon to tell me how my electrics work!!

Hi everybody [8D] Just got back this afternoon, Sunday evening was much warmer ;)
Thanks to Nathan and Sam, for a great weekend. Smashing to meet up again and nice to see 6 new faces, Debs and daughter and John and girlfriend, plus our hosts. By the way Jon, thanks for finding the lose wire, didn't falter again.
Did anyone find anything at the autojumble [?] I found a pair of rear lights, but far too expensive for me [xx(]
Looking forward to the next one, anybody up for Holland [?]

yes Chris. Next to the battery is a box attached to side of the van. This box says car alarm. I think the lock is to set the alarm on the van. Might be able to get hold of the key.:D

yori has a funny key on the side - we assumed was once a simple immobiliser? Also she has a funny switch on the back door that obviously activates something as the door opens; whether that be an alarm or the lights is beyond me!

laura... you are in luck they seem to be available cheaper than when we got them but they are certainly the best we could find...
