thankyou for your feed back debs and if your staying friday you will definately have hookup and hardstanding, will be fiver deposit to book your place this is just to ensure the people who say they are coming actually do, so i am not messing my campsite bloke around on figures, will let you know when and where to send it to soon, i just cant wait going to be such a good wkend
 
hey charlie dont forget me,only hook up i might need though is two vans close together so i can tie me tent too,thats if ive got a tent by then.:(
 
woolfy is it just yourself coming? i may be able to get a motorhome parked over the site for you, but may have to share if anyone else needs board for night, just an option that might help

Count us in...would like to come up on the Friday but not sure if Kerrie is working Saturday morning. If we came up on the Friday we could meet up with you Debs at Exeter or wherever, and cruise on up together!?

Will happily send you a deposit Charlie for a couple of nights with H-up. The Malvern Rally sounds a great idea for Sunday.

we always go on the sunday,its a lovely venue and the majority of the jumble is indoors.
dont think the insurance liability applies as you would be an exhibitor and its the organisers who would have the liability
 
I have just checked out the entry forms for Malvern. Advance booking is £2.50 per vehicle, we can book as a club. That includes 2 adults and as many kids as you like. Additional adults normal charge on the day- £7.50. No insurance requirements. I suggest we make a block booking now for those intending coming. [8D]

Show sounds a great idea, would make a fantastic display, will have to get a forum banner or flag made up somehow.

Will have to let you know closer to the time if we can make it if that's o.k. - and get deposit & show money to you if we can come. I'll have a better idea after this week about funding as will find out how much needs spending for MOT by early next week[:0][xx(]
 
Fingers crossed we will be able to make this meet.Van is in for MOT tommorow.Hoping for some good news as the tester has already failed my 1966 Superminx,excess corrosion was a word he used a little to often.
