economy device

[Ohhhh]

Having just cleaned out the carb on my PB the economy device diaphyam was split - does anyone know if this is vital and if so how to get a replacement ?

Its a big hook that comes out from the front of your commer and hooks onto the back of any vehicle in front of you that is going in the same direction!
