Just done a quick search, there is a Twenty Club in Liverpool, founded in 1908, it's a dining club for medical practitioners.
Dealer could be Hebden Knee Motors, Humber, Commer and Hillman dealers, from Trowbridge [?]

don't know, but that guy has a canny resemblance to matt Monroe from the side view! hes also go what looks like severe dandruff on his jacket .hehe !

The reg plate looks like VMR 20 which is a Swindon registration but I think it pre-dates the bus but a few years.
