its cheap , its only the front cab area that has any rust on it really, and i recon i could have all the welding and filling to the cab and front doors done in about a week to a week and a half, and into primer within two weeks.you could then paint it yourself with rustoleum paint to help save money. then it needs the interior sorting out in the back, but again thats not a problem just take a look at basses van on the readers rides section to see what can be achived. and then the exaust sorting along with a few mechanical bits, but nothing to scary, it runs a sweet as a nut. if your interested send me an email or call on 07968 634055.
Hmmm? Naughty naughty. That said, i was offerd a Cortina mk1 last year with tax and mot for £350 as the bloke was desparate to get trollied that weekend with his pals. He originally wanted £700 and when we went to view it, it needed a full respray to make it look sexy again so we told him we'd leave it. He then got all desparate and was asking us to make him an offer. We declined but as we were walking away he shouted back to us 'Take it for £350'..........This was fine but at that point we were even more reluctant to buy it thinking there must be loads wrong with it? Maybe there wern't and it was just out of as i say, pure desparation!!! Looking through the free copy of that magazine we all got i now realise that even in poor condition they command a wonga. We should have just flung him £300 and resold it on straight away...................Not in my make up though. Hey ho!
