Most seem set up for side opening rather than rear opening vans like mine.
My old Marina Suntor had been used with one, but it had long since gone when I got hold of it. Here's a pic though from when it was used.
I'm after the same sort of thing (Albeit a bit taller) to go with the Dodge.
