I don't understand how you can over-bid. Yes, if you have a buy it now price, you could accidently press the buy it now button and then confirm your purchase (if you are a complete idiot), but to place a bid requires you to enter a figure and then confirm it. You cannot do that by accident. - Unless, of course, he forgot to consult his Mrs first. [:0]
