cheers m8 lol, weather has been pretty poo at the min lol. got a load of new terminals today and some earth cable. so just gotta pop out and check the lenghs then make them up

all done with the new earth straps. 2 large ring connectors with 8 nice chunky earth straps for the clocks and lighting dont think i need that many but i will just leave what i dont need spare for future mods like oil pressure guage

yh i thought so toput the final coat on the brackets and that this morning. all dried now and finished

and why it was drying i mock assembled my newly done dash turned out better than i expected [8D]

once the new temp guage is here it will be put in and its all ready to go back after cleaning the dash in the van lol

yh im leaning that way, but i wont do that till i get her painted, that way i can use the exact same colour. until then they are now in much better condition and should impress mr mot man lol all these little things seem to really add up. the dash was looking tatty and old but now it looks nearly new lol

not evan half of 1 yet lol. the dash is going to have another go over before the final assembly. and i am getting a can of [8D]FLASH DASH[8D] as soon as i find someone local who sells it. the stuff is fantastic[^]. the shine lasts weeks and it smells nice lol, im going for cherry:I

what a nice day lol, done some gardening and gonna go play with dolly in a min

mel popped out earlier to the shops. when she came back she said she spotted a couple of nice folding chairs that would be great for keeping in dolly i told her she should have got them to which she replied "i did"

should look great painted up to match her paint

[8D]Few bits done today. first off i have done the rev counter surround in green un-fortunately the clear plastic on the guage has gone a bit murky so im going to try to make a replacement :I

Then out came the peanut butter again love the result you can get with a simple jar of sandwich filler lol

bit of t-cutting to do in the morning then im ready to put the lot back in. then all i need to do is change the temp guage when it arrives

1st class [:0][B)] thats gonna cost me cheers for that fella. i'll have to try and find more bits i need lol. woodwork is gonna be done soon mark, im just looking for an old wardrobe to cut up on the down side it was finally dry enough today to check the inner sills [V] dolly has NO front inner sills and the middle and back look like they will need changing to how hard would it be to cut off the outer sills below thw line so that they could be re-fitted[?]

That's the way it's usually done. Just be very careful with the disc cutter and dont cut through the upper panel or it will go all floppy:I

cool, im thinking of cuttin a few mm's below the seam if possible. had to temp fit the clocks tonight as my uncle wants to get his trike out tomorrow and its in the way lol. clocks are alot brighter although i have to get the wipers working again lol. i think my earth straps have helped alot

temp guage turned up this morning, thanks colin have decided not to fit it yet as it may go green lol. fitted my dash back in today looks totally differant lol

all the nicely painted brackets in place

then refitted my clocks, im seriously thinking of doing the guages green now but it still looks 100 times better lol

i started trying to work out how much all the panels i need would cost. when i got over the 1000 quid mark i decided i better stop lol [B)]
