have marked up all the wires with neat little tags

so it should be easy. what worries me is the earth situation[:0], im considering running a seperate earth for each guage and using thicker wire, my loom is in good shape so that can stay.

thats a good idea. at the min all my guages seem to be earthed through the clock lighting with about 6 earth's going onto my temp guage then to my speedo and the body [V] makes no sense

and i found 2 thick blue wires that come from the loom and have a figure 8 connection but they were not linked to anything[?] maybe oil pressure guage wires[?]

i expect it standard wiring loom for all models

so would have some thats not connected to anything

ie diesel warm start and optional guages[?]

hmm, will have to try and trace them back, maybe wiring for oil pressure guage, then i will have a complete set lol lol lol at some point i will need a new temp guage as it looks like someone has glued the glass on at some point and you can see it. but the rest of the guages look good to me. just got to sort out the earth's and then clean the paint aand vinyl on the dash then it can all go back together...

yh, but for now it will do as im going to get the metalwork done first. when the weather brightens up am having the windows out to re-seal them
