normally paul there is a drain pipe going from the bottom off the heater and behind the lower grille that has a squezzy rubber ball at the end off it that collects debris etc sometimes, and this needs to be squezzed to get rid off it;)

i have been out and had a little play today:), turns out my airbox intake is indeed rotten[V], but it doesnt look to bad. the screws in the front are all siezed in tight and by looks someone rounded them off a long time ago[:(!][:(!], so these will have to be drilled[^]. also removed all the pipework and blower motor and took off the top air vent, gave it a good going over with sandpaper to remove as much paint and rust as poss;), then put on the first layer of primer:p. it was only a quick job as i will be wanting a chrome one on dolly at some point. but it is looking ten times better now :D[^]

i have not got the intake out yet mate as my drill is broken:(, hoping tomorrow i can borrow my uncles one;). have taken pics before and after of the intake vent which i will put on tomorrow if i can;). but i cant tonight as im off to bed now lol[xx(][|)]:I, its been a long day dealing with pups and loads of ebay items being collected lol

yeah mate, the upper grille is in primer now. the intake itself is stuck fast as the screws behind the grille are totally mashed up so will need drilling.
