a mix of 165/80/15's and 165/15's but i thought they should be van tyres on these rated for around 50 psi, what size tyres do you think are best for them?

they would have the letter c after the size for commercial rated tyres mine are 14" wheels so use 185 ri4c
yh they are car tyres. but in good shape so will try to get a couple of quid back for them and get dolly new boots but for now they can stay on until i sort the wheels out. wondering if 195/65/15c's would rub on the back at mine. then wondering what size is best for the fronts? maybe 175/65/15c's or 175/60/15c's. hmmm. looking into a new exhaust system at the min.

Sorry about the teasing it comes natural, I've been on the end of it often enough it comes with the territory
Hmmm tyres. I'm running 15" rims with commercial van tyres - can't remember the size but they are the correct profile for the van and, I think, look and feel right. Lots of different opinions on the subject but I'm happy with my lot[^]
If you look on the plate under the drivers seat it shows the wheel rim size, Harvey was fitted with 14's when I got him but the plate stated 15's - he now has the original wheels 15" rims off Admins V8 PA[8D]
My first van had 15's on when I got it but tyres that size where fairly difficult to get at the time (mid 80's), I remember the tyre place saying only icecream vans an black cabs used them, the commercials of the day were all fitted with 14's - so I got a set:I How times change and now 15" rims are about as small as you get:I
mine are 15's but will check the plate:I. you think you could let me know what size your tyres are at some point please john[?], mark yh i figured they would be mate but was thinking thinner tyres to the front may lighten the steering up a bit[?], you think 195/65/15's all round would rub at all[?] also what size pipe did you both use? as i think my cherry bomb is 2" dont know weather to use a 2" pipe straight through or go for a 1.75" pipe and up-size onto the cheery bomb[?]
