well yesterday i drove dolly for the first time on the road, a few miles to our new place and she is sat under my window :D. was certainly an adventure :I the first mile i was pooping it :D i forgot how much they roled [:0] 3rd and 4th gear took some getting used to but once i got the hang of it i was loving it :D everybody's heads turning ect. reminded me of my childhood [^] she does have a bit of a warm start issue, think it may be a mixture problem ;)

Route the fuel line out in front of the radiator, and keep it as far away from the engine as possible :)
Separating the manifolds helps stop it too ;)

Started Bonnie for the first time in two weeks, first push of the button and she fired up[^] No idea how she will cope when hot though, she's only been as far as the end of the drive:I but I'll be re routing the fuel line just in case.

yes i think i will try that although she does smell very strong of petrol when she is running. drove nice though. she starts lovely when cold. pulled up at the new place and some guy started chatting to me, telling me how you can put a porsche engine straight in them. cheeky swine mistook me for a darksider. he had never heard of a commer and he is older than me. his loss i guess :)

summer should be fun although may not get out much lol, the last month or so has completely killed me physically and financially so got to take a month or so to recover (although i will be ordering her new outer peak for her birthday lol) any excuse eh! loads of you have bought them so if anyone knows how much 1 will be including postage i would be gratefull *wink wink* martin and woolfy *wink wink*

ok guys, who are the best and cheaper insurance companies to get a quote from please? we used my dads insurance to get the tax but obviously i need my own lol, i soo wanna jump in her now and trundle to the boot fair but i cant, i need the insurance and i need a middle seat first lol, also the back is loaded to the brim with bits and bobs for her lol

Here's just one thread on the subject, there are many more. Type insurance into the search function, and select subject only, and see what comes up. Personally I use RH Specialists:)

Just a quick pic i managed to take of dolly and izzy parked up in there new spots, you wouldnt believe how much people round here like to stop and chat bout her lol the new paint you see is just a slop on job for the mot but it does tidy her up a fair bit

dolly is now insured fully comp so her run in can now begin :D thinking of taking her to a bootsale soon as but need a middle seat lol
