As for meets there is no such thing as an official meet - I have only organised one in the last few years; we're an autonomous collective if any member want to organise a meet good for you, better for us.

Thanks for keeping it quiet admin! I never confirmed that the deal was done though!!! I nearly had to phone you last week to tell someone it was coming!!! I thought I was going to explode!!!;)

Thank Fonz for me Ontanica! It's crazy how many people become involved in a deal and how paths cross!

I know the feeling bobby; glad I could help out; if it weren't for the two on my drive with no tickets it may have been a different story (that and the purchase of said house attached to said drive!)

What's the engineering plans then?
 
My apologies for being away for so long. The computer died and due to a selection of other crisis' and dramas it wasn't a main priority. Life's been a bit of a wild ride lately.

Anyway the good news is...

Not MOT'd yet but it's pretty close... Hopefully in the next few weeks but there's a couple of teething troubles to sort first. Not least the fact that it used 15 litres of fuel to drive the 15miles to Santa Pod and back at the weekend! New needle valve needed in the carb me thinks!

I'm in need of a couple of bits to finish... I need a pair of tail-lights including the N/S inner protective box and a rear roof red and aluminium commer badge. I'm also after a pair of side door hinges. Anyone? Martin?

I'll get some better pictures later in the week if we get a little bit of good weather.

What do you think?

The back is down 150mm by flipping the rear axle and 25mm lower due to the tyres (205/65r15's). The front is down 100mm on the springs and 75mm lower due to the tyres (165/45r15's) It does need a little bit more refinement but Rome wasn't built in a day!

We built the whole thing in 6 days between me and my friend Chez who came with me to Red Shoot. The earliest we left the workshop was 12.30am and we were back there next morning before 8am! It was a pretty hardcore week!!! But worth every minute.....

Sunny Citrus looks real nice. I love it!! I do like it lowered - after you have it all refined and such are you going to offer the service?

Did you have to notch the chassie and cut the rear floor out as you fliped the axle?
