I think them are stabiliser legs else the fish would slip off the display every time you walk about inside

Not sure, the closed off cab suggest it's not a drive away chassis/cab, as would be seen on a coachbuilt, but was built either as a flat bed or destined to have a big fishy smelling box stuck on the back:I
