Dizzy noise

Hey guys,My distributor has started making a metalic ting tinging noise at low rpm, I am 99% shure its the dizzy. motor is running OK..

Is it a bearing or maybe a weight spring? anyone had this before?

I guess it could be either, but check the cap first and make sure the dizzy hasn't worked it's way loose from the clamp.

I think i will change it out for a new unit.
I currently have the Aussie 29d in it, will any 45d Fit?
Dont know much about the difference in them.
