Disaster strikes!

Disaster struck at Commerland today. The portable garage that was covering the Detector van, was lifted by a freak gust of wind, taking part of the ridge off the garage and denting the roofs of Lucy and Daisy [V][V][V] Finally landing in the middle of the road, 50yds away [:0]
This would have been a sight to see and could have picked up £250 for best film clips, unfortunately I was inside and missed it :I
Fortunately, no damage to the Detector and it flew clear over the Fire engine and Cedric [B)]

what a bas***d [:0] hope there not to badly damaged but if anyone can get the vans as good as new again its you:)good luck

Bloody horrible weather today! My Vectra was aquaplaning on the M3 and M25 at 50mph this morning, very interesting!

why do these things happen when every thing seems to be going really well [V]
been a bit blustery here too,makes me stick my head out of the window to check I haven't lost any roofs!

Really sorry to hear the news Martin - definately could have been so much worse.

I hope it landed on the 'wicked witch of the wind' ;)

That's rubbish, sorry to hear that. Small compensation I know, but at least you've got the skill necessary to deal with the damage.
